This smoothie is by far one of the most refreshing smoothies around. The fresh coconut taste blends so well with vanilla protein that it makes this protein shake hard to refuse. I’ll leave the recipe here for your convenience-
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/2cup blackberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/2banana
- 1/4cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 2scoops Keto Science Protein Powder in Vanilla
- * raw honey for additional sweetness, but it should be plenty sweet with the protein powder
#1- The Peanut Butter Oatmeal Smoothie
I chose this smoothie because it is absolutely amazing. I love peanut butter (I’m not the only one here right). And the amount of fullness that it gives to satisfy my peanut butter cravings along with bananas and oatmeal is such a great start to my day.
This is my go-to recipe in the morning. It has loads of protein and fiber and added benefits of vitamins from the bananas that allow me to be able to function at my best level.
- 1/4cup old fashioned oats
- 2tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1whole banana
- 1/2 cup soymilk
If you want a creamier shake you can add protein powder which will give you added protein but this baby packs a punch at nearly 15 grams of protein without the protein powder.
